The FORD WSS-M2C931C specification requires the lubricant to be both API SN and 5W-50 in order to perfectly lubricate certain high-performance Gasoline engines of FORD vehicles such as Ford Focus RS 2.3 EcoBoost AWD and Ford GT produced from 2016, and Mustang GT350, GT350R from 2018.
