Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at our online store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please do not send the product back or refuse the product, this will lead to unnecessary shipping and freight charges. We are here to help. Most products can be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for refund. All returns are subject to 20% re-stocking fee. No returns on electrical items or special order items. To process an eligible item for return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
  • A receipt or proof of purchase
  • You must contact us to obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN#) from us.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN#), contact us:

Please send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number

Shipping charges will applied with the return of a product and are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping, loss of and damage to the product during shipping.

Items damaged from shipping:

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. On-Sale items or Sale items cannot be returned or refunded. Please contact us If you have any questions about our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Pricing and Errors:

All purchases are subject to SpecLube Canada terms of sale.

All prices and dollar amounts on our website are in $ CDN dollars (Canadian dollars).

Pricing and product specifications in store or listed on our website are subject to change without notice. 

Every effort is made to maintain current pricing and accuracy on our website, however pricing, description, and graphics may be incorrect. SpecLube Canada cannot be responsible for errors in typography or photography.

Applicable taxes, shipping and handling costs (except where free shipping may apply) are additional to each order. 

Unless otherwise specifically advertised, promotional offers can not be combined with any other offer or discount. Limit one (1) special offer or sale price per eligible product.

Damage Claims:

All our products are shipped using carrier-approved materials and methods. All of our products are also carefully packed to prevent damage during shipment. Nevertheless, damage may occasionally occur in transit. Any damage is the responsibility of the carrier, not SpecLube Canada therefore; you must make all damage claims to the carrier. 

We recommend In case of damage, to retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged products for the carrier to inspect, take pictures and to advise SpecLube Canada that the shipment has been received damaged within 48hrs of receipt.  

Extreme Temperatures:

During cold weather months there is a chance that products may freeze in transit. Couriers will not offer any guarantees against freezing, ordering liquid products during extreme temperatures is at the risk of the customer.

Shipping and International orders:

SpecLube Canada does not ship outside of Canada.
